Neil J. Katz, chairman and CEO of Parlux Fragrances, Inc., has been elected to serve on the board of directors of the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association (CTFA). The appointment recognizes Katz’s vast expertise in the beauty industry including prior positions as president of Liz Claiborne Cosmetics and president of Revlon Beauty Care Division. He previously served on the CTFA board of directors from 1995 to 2002.
